We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns sent without prior email approval may not be accepted.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

  • Custom orders or engraved pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
